What we believe
We believe cybersecurity should be the organizing principle of technology. Security informs how systems are designed, implemented, operated, and managed. Too often, security is treated as an afterthought. Layered Security Readiness exists to challenge that model.
Our approach
We start with the problem, seek to understand what matters, and act thoughtfully, asymmetrically, and strategically to deliver the right outcome. We do not assume the obvious, conventional, or symmetrical response is the best one. We look for the highest-leverage move relative to the problem—sometimes a smaller, less conventional action produces a better outcome than a larger, standard one.
